Today I took it somewhat easy, I realize I'm going a little fast and that means I am neglecting to fully understand the directions. This picture has me a little nervous. Earlier I noticed the 804 assembly to be low, 26 inches instead of 26 9/16 inches but didn't worry about it, I figure it will all come out in the long run. Well now I have a lot of holes drilled and am a little concerned about it, tomorrow I will call Vans. I know what they are going to tell me and that is that I should build a jig, so I just won't tell them I haven't. The picture shows the air vent and how the middle skin doesn't line up with it. I am thinking I can raise up the the 804 assembly.
This corner brace didn't come out as good as the other one, the holes are high and closer to the edge but I think it still is a go.
I got both sides of the front cabin drilled. I feel this is a good time to stop and study for my accounting quiz on Tuesday.
