I jammed this 2 x 2 across the cabin in order to bow out the middle forward longeron (I forgot the number).

Good news, I found the 804H material, I had it in a separate storage area.

Orval came by and cut the 804H left side for me. I am supposed to put a couple "keeper rivets" in but I didn't, hope that's no biggie.

I don't have a .75 endmill so I used a .5 which gives me a radius of .25, oh well, I don't think its a big deal.

I drilled the 804H left side as you can see here.

Then I drilled the corner supports.
