Some more crappy weather flying. The month of April has been one crappy day after another.
I was board flying straight and level so I busted out the camera (while keeping an eye on traffic of course).
Calavaras had a fly-in and our IAC Chapter was planning a critique session. We lucked out this year and landed 3 practice boxes. Unfortunately this day was another none practice day due to the weather.
sweet Edge 540.
Couple Harmon Rockets.
There were a good amount of members despite the weather.
Hey, look here, couple RVs.
Larry Mersek was so kind to give me my first RV ride.
I got some stick time and just like everyone say's, you can fly these puppies with your finger tips.
We found ourselves over Valley Springs in no time whatsoever, my 150 would have taken 20 minutes, this thing hauls butt.
I had to file a flight plan on my way home because the pres was in town and Mather was inside a TFR. It wasn't too big of a deal.
