Not sure if this is a bad idea but I used my air tool for the tank attach bolts.
Countersinking with the bridgeport helped expedite.
These things are a real pain.
Here I got my drill stop on so I don't go too far and damage the spar.
Oh, this doesn't look right. Shouldn't the edge of the baffle be lined up with the attachment plate. Come to think of it, I bet the holes on the skin to spar are out of alignment. At this point the these things were hassling me so bad I decided to cleco the tank together and throw it on to see how far out of alignment I am.
Clecoing the tank wasn't easy, even with the new contraption I built. Any who the holes line up perfectly, I don't understand it but I will just go with it.
