My neighbor Chad the software architect saved the day. He notice that I was riveting the wrong nutplate for the access panels. Fortunately we only had to drill out one nutplate. Thanks Chad you are my hero.
The one on the right had to be drill out.
Chuck enjoying his beverage.
Here is where the wrong nutplate was, I slipped with the drill, oh well, I'll just hit it with some prime.
Chad is teaching me something.
Oh look, here is some of Chad's nice work.
Well I guess he is back at par, this cancels out his earlier save.
Time to drill out your little booboo.
We were have trouble figuring out where w-707c was, this happens a lot, turns out it is on the spar.
Chad made me some nice spacer, but he had to go home before he could put the one inch hole in it, my biggest endmill is a .5 inch, and my smallest hole saw is 1.25 in. so I was just going to wait till tomorrow and put the hole in at work but I figure I had more time, lets get moving and hell there is primer in the gun.
Well after right, left, top, bottom, diagonal passes and some help with the Dremel.
Here they are, not a perfect circle but I don't think that matters.
Alright it's late I'm going to bed, I'll fix these puppies tomorrow.
