Once again Orval blessed me with his presence.

Today I was going to go to Sears and buy one of the nice digital protractors but being that I'm low on dough and at 80 bucks I figured I'm too cheap to build a jig, skins are pre-punched, I already have a mechanical one, I opted to save my scrilla. To me, a little twist/bend in your fuselage is not end of the world but I'm no aeronautical engineer but I'm determined not to fall in the trap of newbie builder out doing all the other prior newbie builders, oh and as you can see from the web layout I like to copy Dan. And as he once told me, I'm building a go plane and not a show plane.

I couldn't find material to make the 804H so I called Van's and spoke with Ken and he said it is a pre-made component. After searching through my mess, I still can't find it, I'm thinking I'll just order them tomorrow, that's the downside of being disorganized.

Moving on I drilled the baggage ribs.

Packing of my shipment of replacement Al angle, some nice 1" pvc.

I knew detail F and G had something important to say. Here you see the rib inside of the 804 flange, I managed to finagle it in the correct position with a little elbow grease. I will post a picture tomorrow of where it is supposed to be, basically most of it is supposed to be on the outside and just the angle portion where its at now, if that makes any sense.

Here is a picture of the baggage ribs drilled to the bulkheads.

Watch out, this thing is greasy. Well I better end it, I got some accounting homework to do, I'm working on an MBA and it's been awhile since I've done the school thing.
