The downside to owning a cool piece of equipment like a Bridgeport (the oversized drill press in the corner) is moving it. This thing weighs 2400 lbs. and the only place in Sacramento that rents a fork lift that I am able to take on a trailer is Greenback rentals. All the other rental places require them to do the delivery because theirs are bigger than this one. This one is considered small, I believe it is only has a 3000 lb lifting capacity. Well it cost me $120 for the whole day, a bigger one would cost me that plus 2 delivery fees of $80 bucks each. Somebody had it rented for the past month.
