Here is my fix for forgetting to put this thing on. I talked to someone at Van's today and he said it wasn't necessary. It's purpose is to help cover the gaps in an effort to seal with less goop. I had put a bunch of goop but already popped these holes when I was freaking out on Monday. I hope all these chips I am creating won't cause a problem now that they are embedded in the goop.

Here is my little cover for the tooling hole. I can't find another big rivet like I used before so this will do.

Kind of funny, create two additional holes just to block one hole.

I wasn't going to put a anti-hang up thing but after my conversation with Van's I was encourage to just do it. It wasn't that bad.

Just checking for possible hang ups.

Oops, I also need to countersink and put a 426 rivet in.

Wow, I got my fuel senders bolted up. I will cover the connectors with goop later. I was able to use some goop from Monday on the backside, it was still un cured because it has been so cold up here.

Both senders bolted, cool. Getting closer to closing this puppy.

Here I have the flop tube bolted and the cover cover riveted.
