I started out the day by soldering the bnc connectors.

I found a big rivet that fit perfectly in the outboard rib, unfortunately it was too long. Instead of shortening it I tried to smash it a quick way, I put the manufactured head on a bucking bar and tried to back rivet it. That was stupid, the thing just bent like you would figure, so I managed to punch it out, then shortened it with an endmill. Then I riveted it the proper way, cupped rivet set and bucking bar and it turned out good.

Working on the floor makes for easy access with your arm to reach in there with a bucking bar but it means a lot of bending over. My back hurts, whannn. Oh an breathing this sealant makes me dizzy, if I use my respirator my nose doesn't stop running.

I shut it down because I didn't have a 9/16" drill bit. But wait, I realized I have a boring bar.

It worked perfectly but as you can see I pulled a Checkoway. Looks like I will have to finagle a flush rivet in there because a universal one will hit the nut. At least it is only one and not two like Dan. The funny thing is, I moved the hole over but obviously not enough.

Cool, I have been waiting for this day. That is enough for me, it has been a long day of bending way too much while breathing toxic stuff.
