About 1100 of this (550 holes both sides)

550 of that. All in approx. 7200s (2hrs.) that is 13s/hole, at that pace I can do 12,000 holes in 43 hours. I am almost there, yeah right.

Oh boy, these holes got a little misplaced, fortunately I was able get he dimple dies in there with no problem, therefore I don't think they will be an issue.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, today I faxed Van's my fuselage and finishing kit order. Now I have 3 months to finish the wings and the emp before they get here. Oh and somehow come up with the remaining cash, about $8k. That is going to be tough since I am broke, anybody got any good scams? I am trying to sell the Durango but nobody wants it with today's gas prices, plus it's purple, I don't blame them.

Man, I had to make some big decisions all of a sudden with the finishing kit order. Here they are: I decided on an Aero Sport IO390 (why not, it's all about power right and it doesn't even cost much more since it's not certified yet) it mounts the same as an IO360, 3 blade prop = no spinner (no spinner with finishing kit that is), manual pitch and roll trim: I just don't care for electric trim, call me crazy.

Decisions due to fuel tank: Flop tubes, most likely I will be flying this thing inverted, in fact I am sure of it, and hopefully for sustained periods and even negative g climb outs oh yeah (I know what you are thinking, do you trust your construction that much, well my answer is I will tell you when I'm done building, I figure I most definitely want the option), capacitance sending: pretty much for the same reason as the flop tubes and a little bit of copying Dan The Man. By the way I hate shopping, I go to store get what I want and get out if you know what I mean.

Wing Decisions: I am holding off on the lightning config. just because that sounds like a good idea. I believe all lights will be LED's in the near future, I'm talking every light on the planet but right now they are still being perfected, I can put the conduit in the wings, close them up, leave the last rib unattached because I'm not sure if I wan to cut into the leading edge for the landing light or go with the wingtip ones, I kind of like the wingtip style I just don't know of many with them.

While I'm at it I want my brother the freaking awesome artist to paint this thing full of ocean life I'm thinking a couple octopuses, blues, greens, air brush action all over the dam thing. Kind of like Mike Mangold's Redbull plane, flashy, "flare". as in office space=) Oh and I don't really care about a glass cockpit crap, give me the basics, well I know I am going to need an engine monitor since I got the capacitance system. I only got so much loot and I am looking to fly, I stare at flat panels all day.
